Surgery is one of the subjects I tried to make comprehensive notes for. I found these sufficient for finals in Cambridge – although I am aware that Cambridge places less emphasis on surgery than elsewhere.
I used the following books to make these notes: Surgical Talk, Lecture Notes in General Surgery, Oxford Handbook of Clinical Surgery, Surgery at a Glance, Browse’s Introduction to Symptoms and Signs of Surgical Disease. I used the first two most and the last one least, although I wish I had discovered the book earlier, it is a very good book indeed with very applied and clinical information.
You can find the full set of surgery presentations in the zip archive on the download page, but I’ve only uploaded a selection of presentations here, namely “introduction to surgery”, “breast surgery”, “head and neck surgery” and “hernias”. Have fun!
